Eve Hart's Romance Review:
Another excellent story from the very amazing Grace Callaway. I've been following Grace's work since Her Husband's Harlot, and not a single one of her stories has let me down. Thank you, Grace, for bringing together all the elements of a great plot. I especially loved seeing all my old "friends" again, and seeing how their relationships had progressed since their stories.
I loved Pandora and Marcus, and I loved that we're given glimpses of their past together through flashbacks that offer insight into their relationship and Pandora's past. The things she had to endure made her into the woman who was willing to fight for her man -- and I LOVED that. I enjoyed it when she kidnapped her OWN husband and chained him to the bed. EPIC! Also, I like how she was devious enough to put spiders in her nemesis' carriage! HA HA!
I thoroughly enjoyed the emotional depth, the anger, the fear, the longing for redemption, the brilliant adoration and soul deep love...it was exquisite.
Well written, SUPER f***ing HOT, as ALWAYS, and definitely a story I recommend to readers who love a little intrigue and a lot of SEXINESS mixed in with their historical romance.
