About the Book:
After evidence surfaces that their Jane Doe may be a woman who suspiciously disappeared months earlier, Tracy is once again haunted by the memory of her sister’s unsolved murder. Dredging up details from the woman’s past leads to conflicting clues that only seem to muddy the investigation. As Tracy begins to uncover a twisted tale of brutal betrayal and desperate greed, she’ll find herself risking everything to confront a killer who won’t go down without a deadly fight. Once again, New York Times bestselling author Robert Dugoni delivers a taut, riveting thriller in the fourth installment of his acclaimed Tracy Crosswhite series.

The Trapped Girl Named Eve
Tracy Crosswhite is back with another thrilling, intelligent, well-written crime suspense tale that sucked me in from the very first sentence, and TRAPPED me until the last sentence was devoured.
Mr. Dugoni does an incredible job of layering the tale so that, while there are many moving pieces, the story has cohesion and depth. There's always more than one plot, but they all move together in a well-oiled, fast-paced tempo that you're left panting and wishing you hadn't eaten that second helping of stroganoff.
I am SO glad Tracy and Dan found one another. I am pleased that this is one kick-ass heroine who has a soft side, and allows a man to care for her, want to protect her, and that she is feminine enough to have a vulnerable side.
I've said it before, and I'll say it again: Charlize Theron, this character was written for you. Bring Tracy Crosswhite to the big screen!
I cannot wait for the next book in this heart-stopping, mind-spinning series.
