About the Book:
Wulf is king of his clan and the ruthless head of the raider brotherhood.
Every foe in his path surrenders to his will. But when his mortal enemy’s beguiling daughter gets under his skin the way no one else ever has, a whole new intensity from the Raider King is unleashed…the fiery strength of dark passion and hard-hitting lust.
Kathlyn is no fan of the life she’s been forced to live under her savage father’s unforgiving rule. But the bold and powerful barbarian who steals her innocence—and her heart—is a dangerous bet. There’s nothing safe about a man who wants to destroy everything she knows and burn it to the ground. Except if Wulf can set her free, maybe safety is overrated…
Will the overwhelming heat of her warrior-king lead to something more powerful than either of them can imagine?

Edge of My Seat, Bottom of My Heart
All along, we've been following this group of marauding post-apocalyptic Viking-like warriors, all who blindly and loyally follow their King, Wulf. Well, this fourth book is about Wulf, and the tiny, soft, sweet, innocent princess who captures his warrior king heart.
Throughout the series, we're met with this powerful king who looks as at home lazing on his throne as he did rutting between a camp-girl's thighs. He earned his crown with blood, and he reigns with blood and strength and strategy. In order to bring down the church and the Western Kingdoms that threaten their way of life, the brotherhood decides to meet the enemy on their own turf, but that means King Wulf has to step up and act the distraction...but what he doesn't expect is to find his own distraction--in the form of the enemy king's beautiful, virgin daughter.
I loved how strong yet gentle Wulf could be. I loved how soft yet hard Kathlyn could be, and together...BANG, they were explosive. I truly enjoyed this story, much more than the other stories in this series, even though it does have public sex in the form of a disgusting and ridiculous "mounting ceremony". I am SO GLAD King Athenian got his throat slit by a true king.
Seriously... Ms. Crane must have been looking at pictures of Travis Fimmel while writing Wulf. He is who I envisioned while reading this book.
Isn't he PERFECT for the sexy, Viking warrior king?
